The following outlines the terms under which BYou Laser (“BYou”) operates the online shop at shop.byoulaserclinic.com:
1. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. BYou reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at its discretion.
2. Treatments and redemption
All treatments purchased are redeemable only at the clinic from which they were bought. Treatments do not expire but are non-transferable to other persons without BYou’s written consent. Treatments are subject to a medical consultation and patch test where applicable.
3. Refunds and satisfaction guarantee
Unredeemed treatments are refundable for 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, balance may be transferred to another treatment of equivalent value at the same clinic.
4. Payments
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on the clinic’s location. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
5. Privacy

6. Marketing communications
By providing your email at checkout you consent to receive transactional and promotional emails from BYou Laser. One-click unsubscribe is provided in every commercial email.
